That is based on the Daily Wire reporting which I don't trust. The Sheriff's office only confirmed that a report exists. The results of any investigation are not provided and the wording implies that an arrest resulted from the report which is not the case. An arrest resulted from an entirely different case. The wording even confused you.

If you believe the Daily Mail, which I don’t. Do you really think the sheriff’s spokesperson confirmed this to the Daily Mail but nobody else?

Why have no charges been announced with regard to the alleged first assault? Supposedly, there was a report and they have the alleged perp in hand.

No, I don't believe him because he wrote a series of articles about Imran Awan that turned out to be false. Those articles resulted in considerable harassment against Awan and his family (protesters even went to his kids' school and harassed them).

There is no evidence beyond the word of the father and his lawyer that this assault occurred. In a much more recent case, the police have announced an arrest and the school and acknowledged the incident. Neither of those have occurred with regard to this girl's alleged attack.

Where is the evidence that the kid was arrested and charged in the Stone Bridge case? The police reported on an arrest with regard to an attack at Broad Run but there was no similar announcement with regard to Stone Bridge.

My standard is that you cannot discuss an allegation that has no authoritative support and is based on an article by someone with a history of spreading misinformation.

It is interesting that there is a confirmed arrest of a student alleged to have conducted a sexual assault. The police announced the arrest and the school confirmed that there was an allegation. Yet, nobody appears interested in discussing that case. Instead, all of the focus is on an allegation that neither the school nor police have publicly acknowledged as having occurred at all.
