Border collies and Australian shepherds, but I love mid-sized dogs with pricked ears. Don’t care for small dogs or anything non-shedding.

My golden is super cute but dumb AF!

Dog breeds do not differ in intelligence. Please don't perpetuate that racist theory.

I have a cavapoo. She is pretty smart. Smarter than my Westie.

We had a border collie growing up. They are great and smart dogs but needs lots of space.

There is no competition here. There is nothing better on this earth than a German Shepherd Dog. No breed even comes close.

The smartest 2 dogs I had were mutts, can’t tell what they were but both were on the smaller side of medium size, and looked a bit foxy. Both were amazing dogs. We had the second when my dd was born, and that dog was amazingly protective of her.

My pug was dumb as a box of rocks. Sweet as can be.

My cattle dog mix is intelligent AF. Her trainer said so too. She picks up on everything right away. Many tricks. I brought her to my parents house once and every time we park within 5 blocks (street parking) she walks us right there

You are an idiot.

We've had tons of dogs and used to train them for show, agility, etc.

The most impressively smart were the herders--different types of collies. They could literally be so smart it was like dealing with a (smart) person. But along with that came the fact that some of them could be anxious and very sensitive.

Border collies are frighteningly intelligent.

I love any big hairy dogs, but the cutest dogs are always whatever dog I happen to have at the moment.
