Eghh, I'm going to blame Bob and Michelle Duggar first. They literally signed contracts and stole money that was supposed to go to their kids in order to profit from and conceal Josh's crimes.

I was in a cameras on Zoom call when the guilty verdict alert popped up on my phone.

Not reacting was the hardest thing I've done in ages, I do believe.

This guilty verdict deserves a lunch outside of my house today!

"Jim Bob for Arkansas" restricted who could comment on the Facebook page shortly after the verdict came out...but there were still a few hundred gems thrown in there before they restricted access.

“He faces up to 20 years of imprisonment and up to $250,000 in fines after his conviction on both counts — though, because possession is a lesser included offense, he will only be sentenced for the receipt crime.”

Sadsies.

'I love you', he mouthed towards Anna, 33, who remained composed throughout the brief hearing before burying her head in a supporter's arms and weeping as it ended.

His younger brother Justin cried quietly as he watched his sibling being led away to jail.

Jim Bob, 56, put his hands in his pockets, bowed his head and then hugged Anna.

Judge Timothy Brooks remanded Duggar in custody under a mandatory rule based on the seriousness of his crimes and said he will have to wait around four months to be sentenced.

So will be in jail for the 4 months it takes them to sentence him? Or is he set free?

He was immediately taken in handcuffs to jail. He will be in jail until he is sentenced. The 120 days of custody will be credit to his sentencing of however long it is.

There’s a lot going on before sentencing. Both sides get to file briefs of their ideas on sentencing, the court reviews them, case law and guidelines.
