Do you judge everyone this way?

Their so-called faith is a disgusting, primitive cult run by a molester. I will slam it 24-7.

Who is the molester that runs their faith?
God is not a molester.

Gothard.

According to your link, he does not “run their faith” anymore.
He resigned a year ago.

Are you so naive? He created the whole cult.

I don't know how TLC can continue with the show, but they are considering it. There's also a large fan base who is outraged that people are outraged by these "allegations".

So, you all have no problem with this police chief, O’Kelley, illegally releasing the police report of a juvenile?

Prove it was illegal to release the police report. My understanding is that police reports are public records that are not sealed and that the county attorney OK'd the release. Is that not correct?

Freedom of Information (FOI) law in Arkansas states that the records of the arrest of a juvenile "shall remain confidential" and "shall not be subject to disclosure under the FOI."
That seems pretty clear to me.

Wonder if that reporter would like Josh Duggar to babysit her daughters over night?

+1

The police report is much less confidential than a sealed juvenile record. Since Josh never had a juvenile record, there were no sealed records.

Can't believe Michelle is so stupid that she can't keep her fake story straight without cliff notes hidden in her lap. Seriously, wtf?!?!?!

There was a court case captioned Josh Duggar vs. Arkansas but those records actually were sealed, I believe.

Does no one find it strange that the parents and siblings of a 27 year old man with 3 kids are discussing his problems and yet he is nowhere to be seen? Shouldn't he be the main person being interviewed to explain the whole situation, how he was counseled, and etc? He is an adult!

Where did the poster go who said the records were released illegally? She was going to explain why it was illegal.
