5'2 142 ilbs. TTC so afraid to go on a harsh diet. (I am watching what I eat.) Just had a miscarriage, so I gained some wight in that process.

145, 5'7". I have a flabby middle, but I'm not bothered enough by it to stop drinking wine or otherwise deny myself.

5'6" 111lbs. Only benefit of being a college runner. I also have knee and hip problems now.

6'0", 205 lbs. (28 BMI). Would like to be more fit, but can live with this size (thyroid disease and joint problems/injuries make me happy to be as healthy as I am).

5'3'' and 144. was 130 before kids. would like to get down to 135 and be toned. that is the best i can hope for with the genes i've been given

I work out 5xs a week. I'm as strong as an Ox and can do pull ups and i should be MUCH skinnier considering my cardio endurance and strength due to weight lifting. HOWEVER, I love love to eat. I've come the conclusion that I go the gym in order to eat. I have too much fat in my middle (including butt) and if I could just put the food down, I would look great...athletic and muscular. However, I love eating and I'm physically very healthy. I think I would look smokin at 150, but I enjoy food too much.
