I thought the trollers left once they realized they were wrong about “nobody will buy”…why would Toll Sales agents need to post anything…these homes are selling so fast that the 10 year projected timeline was already cut in half for full completion. |
If they were 100% sold, you might have a point. But they’re not. And the sales folks know they need to get sales done as quickly as possible before the market turns. |

Lot premium is not unusual for some builders. Lots with open space behind it or walkout lots charge premium. |

Kolorama will probably bring the price tag similar to Virginia…may be better to buy what’s available from a financial standpoint than hold out. |

Kalorama will start at about $2 at Mt. Prospect if the current models are already starting at $1.8. Expect the homes to close closer to $2.5 given the amount that is spent on upgrades and finishing (and the larger the home the more the upgrades cost). |
Totally insane prices for darnestown. I hope none of these people need to move for 15 years because that’s probably how long it will take for them to break even on any sale. |
