Who did you think killed JonBenet?

Patsy's Christmas sweater fibers were in the duct tape used to cover JB's mouth. Nobody else's.

Just started watching the CBS doc. It is so cheesy!

The ransom note! There is just no way I can believe PR wrote that note. Think about it. You just found out your child killed your other child. It is one thing to cover for the guilty child. But to write and rewrite that crazy note?! It must have taken hours. My hands would be shaking uncontrollably. I wouldn't be able to sit still or form sentences. But she was able to dream up the story about a foreign faction? Why would she do that? You would think she would have known to make the note as short as possible, knowing that the more she wrote, the more likely she would be caught.

Why would she use the amount of the bonus? I can't think of any reason why she would use that number. Maybe it wad just the first number that came to mind? The use of that number makes me wonder if it was a co-worker who thought he was entitled to that bonus. Or any jealous/resentful friend/acquaintance who wanted the amount to have a bad association.

Burke has never slipped. Ever. He has kept this deep dark secret since age nine. He carried it through the rest of his childhood, teen years, college years. Nobody has come forward saying that he did/said something suspicious. He never got drunk or stoned and said something he shouldn't have Related to the case.

He also does not seem to have a history of violence. If he truly was a violent child who caused this tragedy that ruined his family, he would be a disaster by now. Sure, he's private and keeps to himself. Who wouldn't be after growing up in that situation? We have never heard of him getting in a fight, being arrested, public intoxication, abuse. None of that.

How would he have known how to make the garrote? Why would he? I'm sure there were many items lying around the house that would have been more convenient. I can't imagine him running around gathering the supplies and putting it together
.

I think it was someone who made an event of it. It was dreamed up, planned out, and they enjoyed setting the scene to make it look like an inside job while the family was at the party.

It is unlikely Burke staged the scene. The parents took over. John would have known about knots.

Did you even think about what you wrote? Why would Patsy use the bonus number in the note? It makes you think a coworker may have done it? That's the whole damn point! That's why the parents would use the bonus number in the note. It worked on you!

The intruder would use $118,000 in the note. In the movie Ransom that had been playing in theaters the kidnappers ask for 2 million dollars. Mel Gibson asks the cops why only 2 million when I am worth so much more. The cop says because the kidnapped knows you. I think the intruder just looked around at John's papers and found a pay stub and then used that number.

I googled pictures of her neck and it's pretty gruesome. Those who believe her brother did it, did he strange her to the point the rope cut into her neck or you believe her dad did that?

It's horrible. When I read the words about the marks on her neck I think one of the parents must have made them during the staging. Then I saw a picture of those marks and...OMG, i don't know that a parent could do that.

Do they know for sure that the feces was Burke's and not JB's? I'm asking because she was a bed wetter, so could have also had #2 accidents. If there really was a huge ball of poop in her bed, I wonder if it was hers. My son had constipation issues when he was that age. It caused 1 and 2 accidents because they lose the feeling of needing to go.

I don't know how old the kids were when the feces was spread around. My daughter did this once while in the potty training process. I had put a portable potty in her room during her quiet time in case she had to pee. Wasn't her usual poo time. She didn't know what else to do so just kind of wiped it wherever. Never happened again and didn't make me think she was a murderous sociopath. Just made me realize it was a dumb idea to put it in her room.

The poop is weird. Even if the kids were having issues like that they were both old enough not to leave balls of poop in their bedding or to spread it around their rooms.

Maybe if they were 1 1/2 and getting into their diapers. But 6 and 9?

Regardless, I doubt it's relevant to JonBenet's death.

What an astute comment! Not.

Oh yeah totally. While the intruder was just moseying around the house for hours fixing pineapple snacks, looking at pay stubs, writing 3 page ransom notes, and killing a little girl, he surely discovered the $118,000 amount.

More likely: Patsy, in a panic, wrote the note and it was the first amount that came to mind.

Scatology is an indicator of emotional problems in children. It's interesting you think it's NOT relevant in a situation where a 6 year old child ended up dead.

Obviously, leaving balls of poop laying around is not normal for children of their age and development. Beyond that, I don't really know what to make of it. Not something I've ever had to deal with thank God.

Really? Why don't you please enlighten on us on what exactly we should be commenting on? Do you peruse the Beauty and Fashion Forum and say the same thing when someone asks for a makeup suggestion? Do you drop by the Food Forum and tell them the recipes they're posting about are trivial given the state of the world right now? How about Entertainment? I'm sure you've told them what peons they are for posting about the end of Brangelina.
