So persuasive! Sorry, turnover of staff is turnover of staff and both candidates have this issue. |
You keep saying this over and over again since someone said Biden was the first to poop his pants on stage. |
Keep discounting this and pushing plastic straw bans. |
Thank you!!!! I have been saying the same thing for a while now. Same goes for Hillary and Cassidy Hutchinson, who was always referred to as just Cassidy. I’m not usually one to call out sexism but this seems pretty clear to me. |
And why can't the disabled used reusable, silicone straws? They're as malleable as plastic ones. |
+100 Exactly. |
People keep saying this and not providing any evidence. I would have noticed if 41 out of 44 cabinet members won’t endorse Harris. |
You do realize that even those who are undocumented are largely paying taxes right? They are contributing to those things just the same as you and me. It’s not “free.” |
The prosecutor vs. the felon. Love it! |
Um, no it wasn’t. Read more carefully. You Ds are obsessed with $hit. |
The alternatives either are too firm or not structured enough for many with disabilities: https://www.npr.org/sections/thesalt/2018/07/11/627773979/why-people-with-disabilities-want-bans-on-plastic-straws-to-be-more-flexible |
Hillary wanted to be referred to as Hillary to separate herself from Bill. She campaigned as Hillary. I actually think using Kamala is more about racism than sexism, because Kamala doesn't sound like a white person's name. Personally, I think it's strange to refer to any public figure with their first name, and never would. |
Quite the contrast now. Let's see how Trump likes being on the other side of "too old" criticism. |
DP. Now this is hilarious. Have you even BEEN to Maryland recently?? |
Traditionally, men were referred to by last name only while women, out of respect and to differentiate, were referred to as Ms. (or Mrs or Miss) Last name. Switching to last name only isn't great because it erases gender, so referring to important women by first name only is not disrespectful, it's just shorter than the older reference. |
