He’s not ugly, he’s just average looking, especially compared to Monique who is really pretty. He seems to adore her and is a good provider for their family, so I’d say she made a good choice.

I saw Ashley and Michael walking up Conn Avenue one evening. She is cute in person. Besides him looking old enough to be her dad, their interactions looked like a normal couple.

I have seen Ashley out twice in Bethesda, not filming. I saw Gizelle filming in Potomac village, but never saw it on the show. Saw Charise in the grocery store, not filming. Never saw Karen or the others.

I saw Monique grocery shopping in the downtown Bethesda Giant last summer. It must have been while they were filming but before the season aired because I didn't know who she was, but by the way she was dressed and the way she acted I totally pegged her as a new housewife on the show. She was totally decked out and wore dark sunglasses while shopping in the store like she was trying hard to not be recognized (cracked me up!) and was talking on her phone the whole time. I kept running into her in each aisle as we were shopping from one side of the store to the other.
