Senior U.S. Officials told Washington Post that the situation inside Pentagon is bad:

'Inside the Pentagon, and among some members of the Trump administration, there was deepening concern on Sunday that the Iran conflict could spiral out of control.

'The mood here is intense and paranoid', one person said.

There is anxiety among senior leaders that the fighting will extend for weeks, further stressing limited U.S. air defense stockpiles.

Weren’t the analysts, that stated after the June 2025 strikes on weapons production facilities, fired because they said there was minimal damage from the attack? The assessment of “minimal damage,” went against the Hegseth and Trump narrative, which said facilities were “obliterated.”

The iran deal was successful and it actually brought more moderates to the Iranian parliment. then, Trump was elected, started with the belligerent rhetoric, hardliners took those parliment seats and it escalated from there.

And yet, the food we sent abroad was from US farmers and US food producers who have now lost those markets.

Iran will keep drone bombing ships innyje strait of Hormuz and all of the energy infrastructure making the world's oil. The only way to stop it and truly overthrow their govt is to have boots onnthe ground.

It is laughable how bad Trump miscalculated. He said it will last a month. Yeah, I remember when George Bush said similar things too at the start when ge decided to bomb Iraq.

The US has never cared about protesters. The Egyptian military killed 1000+ protesters in a single day. The man responsible, el-Sisi, then got the US backing to become the the Egyptian president and is currently on the Board of Peace.
