Culture of St. Anselm’s Abbey school?

Anonymous
Years ago, I approached St. Anselm's Abbey about the possibility of admitting a child from Tennessee to the school. The child's hardworking, partially deaf mother had been abandoned by the father, then died abruptly from a heart attack. The father was an alchoholic, incapable of caring for the child. I approached the school about the possiblility of this child being considered outside of the cycle for admission. I can not tell you how caring and supportive this school was. We unfortunately were not able to gain custody of him to move him to Maryland. But I will never forget how caring and responsive this school was and their willingness to try and make it work. That was my experience with this school. Without reservation, I would recommend the caring faculty and administration of this school to anyone.
