The one that just listens a take no action? |
|
The small size of the HS gives me pause.
I personally loved HS for the social aspects and 30-40 kids per class seems stifling |
Have you presented any specific areas for action? How were those received? Do you think a HOS is supposed to act on every suggestion or should they exercise some discretion? |
To each their own. I’m not a social butterfly and would have preferred a smaller group of more like minded boys than the public school mosh pit I had. |
Yes, it is deliberately smaller just as other schools are deliberately mid-sized or large. Pros and cons to each. Lots of choices though. |
| The small size has been good for our son. He is not particularly athletic but has been able to compete for school in a couple of sports. All the boys at the school pretty much get along and they all get to know each other regardless of their personalities backgrounds. There are no cliques. |
| There are cliques! |
That’s the one! Just coasting along and talks a good talk. |
Second that! |
Oh and what would you like to see implemented? Let me guess, every whim that comes into your head? And within the week, right? |
Can you elaborate? Is this in the MS? The HS? What’s your experience? |
Defensive, aren’t you? |
Most especially in MS and quite a bit, not as much in high school. No, they do not all get along and have heard plenty of stories of larger sized kids picking on smaller kids in their own grade where there is an imbalance of power. |

same with highschool

Try “deeply amused”. Why don’t you put your money where your mouth is? It’s so easy cowering behind an anonymous Internet forum. By all means, please share on the next call. I’ll get the popcorn. |
