OMG, Van Jones called Wendy OUT today & gave her a taste of her own medicine that she did NOT appreciate.

To remind you...
Instead of being honest, truthful & transparent with the world, Wendy has spent the last week or so IMPLYING that she's left her husband. She throws her little shady digs here & there, but nothing too specific (if someone new was tuning in to her show for the first time, they wouldn't get the impression that she was shading her OWN husband - you may think that she's throwing shade at a friend's husband who has been cheating or something).


Sorry to digress, I'll set the stage...


Wendy kept bringing up Van's soon to be ex wife, over & over again.
She started out by calling her "his wife", then corrected herself & said "ex-wife", then corrected herself again calling her "soon to be ex-wife". It seemed intentional, like she was just being her shady self as usual (you'd think this situation would have humbled her a bit, right? Like, hello?? This is karma calling).

So she once again brings up the soon to be ex & she says "I see you're still wearing your wedding ring & he says to her "Well YOU'RE still wearing yours!".
Van cracks up & the audience proceed to scream with hysterics.

Daggers... if her eyes could have thrown daggers they would have.

Wendy then mustered up some lame, flustered comment about her side of the couch being for asking & his side being for answering & not the other way around.

Here's my opinion... I used to really like Wendy, but as a viewer I'm actually insulted by her ridiculous hypocrisy & the double standard she sets for herself.

On one hand she wants everyone in the world to "live in their truth" & expects every celebrity to be transparent about their lives (while she takes every opportunity to rip them to shreds & uses their struggles for entertainment fodder) and on the other hand, she feels like SHE doesn't have to address this scandal with anyone (most especially her fans) and NOBODY else should be allowed to talk about it either.

If the roles were reversed & this story was about Van, Wendy would be *SALIVATING* to address this scandal on hot topics, she would read Van the third degree if he came on her show & she wouldn't hesitate to use another person's pain & embarrassment for every single solitary rating share that she could.

* Sorry I just rewatched it & paraphrased what he said.

Van actually says "I see you still got something on your hand too" when she questions why he's still wearing his wedding ring.
Then Van lets out a very boisterous but nervous laugh, but the audience actually let out a universal "ooooooooooooooooh".
Then Wendy tries to explain to him that she's not wearing her wedding ring (it is a different ring, although still blinding bling of course), but stops herself from saying it.

If the sound the audience made could be translated into actual words, it would've been "The SHADE!"

I believe once the divorce is final she's going to spill all the tea. Maybe write a book, maybe go on the Breakfast Club or just do something with Charlamagne. I can't wait!

According to Charlemagne, anytime you hear about Wendy having a problem with someone it’s because of her husband Kevin. Charlemagne says that Kevin thought he was trying to hook up his friend with Kevin’s side-piece. Charlemagne denies this. He says Kevin got pissed and had him fired, and tried to ruin his career. And that of course Kevin lied to Wendy about why Charlamagne was fired, he wasn't going to tell on himself regarding his side-piece.
