Wendy filed first and asked for child support to be determined. Maybe Jersey does child support up to 21 and she wants the courts to determine the amount instead of paying more than if they negotiated with their lawyers? I’m not sure why she put child support in her filing. She is the one making the big money.

I’m curious if he’ll get spousal support. He has been working throughout their marriage. And wouldn’t he get 1/2 of joint money and property anyway?

There were rumor she was dating a guy that looks just like her husband, on yesterdays’ show she denied it and said the person in question is her long time bodyguard. She said she is reclaiming her life and rediscovering her love of men. She said she is an almost single girl and she does date quite often. She said the divorce proceedings are going “pleasantly”. She said she’s moved into the ultimate bachelorette pad. She said her son is home from college and he spends time with both her and his dad.

But that would depend if he used a joint account, right? Since he worked for her company and was an Executive Producer of her show. If he used those earnings to buy the Ferrari is that still considered marital money?

Kevin Jr. has been by his mother’s side since he was released from a New Jersey jail following his arrest early Wednesday. The mother-son duo flew to Chicago hours later to attend the Sweets and Snacks Expo, where Williams appeared on behalf of Candy Pop. We were told that her son attended as her guest, and played no official role in the event.

Kevin Jr. appears to have taken his mother’s side in his parents’ ongoing divorce. In April, the teen and Williams showed up unannounced to the former couple’s marital home to try and collect her belongings. Kevin Sr. called the police on his famous ex, but they eventually came to a compromise.

Williams also said on her talk show recently that her son was living with her in her new NYC apartment.

She said she was here for a ball or gala. I’m surprised that Wendy and her son went for her belongings. With how volatile Kevin Sr has been to her, it seems she should have hired a third party.
