Plus one for Robert Wone.
Sorry if it’s been mentioned already but Brad Bishop, the FSO who killed his entire family then disappeared with his dip passport.

This case is haunting! If you haven’t heard of it or listened to the 911 call, it’s haunting! Just listening to it gives me chills.

There is a really, really good True Crime Garage podcast on this one. I highly recommend it!

I would love to know what happened there.

Wow. I just listened to the 911 call many times, and skimmed through the Reddit thread. Will listen to the podcast tomorrow.

Did anyone else look at this and figure it may have been a drug thing? (Meaning that he was on some sort of drugs and that's what explains how he sounds on the phone; then he ran off and succumbed to the elements?)

I don't think he sounds drugged. There are many versions of the call out there that have been slowed down to see if it helps with clarity. That definitely causes his voice to sound slurred. I don't think there's any indication from his family that he would have taken anything.

(NP) Which podcast? I heard the true crime garage one but they didn't get too much into that issue. But, the fact that he not only had prior drug charges but had also been in a late night fight with his girlfriend and then decided to leave home around midnight and drive two hours away...and then ran out of gas and left his truck half out into the road all point to possibly being drunk / on drugs to me

I can buy that. But where did he go? He vanished! What are your theories?

Yes, I thought the same thing. He sounds a little disoriented and he's not giving the 911 operator much to go on. It's like maybe he's hallucinating or something. I'm guessing he stumbled onto someone's private property and passed out. The way he left his truck sort of sticking out in the street seems to indicate that he wasn't quite with it when he pulled his truck over.

I, personally, do not hear gunshots or other voices on that audio.

Wasn't there a boy years ago who went missing and was found somewhere in Tysons ? It was the 70s or 80s maybe. Can't recall all the details but not sure it was solved.

Robert Wone.

Plus the mom of one of my friends was murdered when we were little. It was an open secret the dad did it but he they could never prove it. I'd love to that guy rot in jail.

I've posted on this one before, maybe even on this thread. It haunts me because I was at the U2 concert the night she disappeared. It seems like there are no leads. So incredibly sad for her family.
