Doesn't sexual freedom mean that I'm as free to pursue what turns me on as anyone else is?

Straight men who like to sleep with women turn me on.

Most bi men sleep with women too..in fact all do.

Not sure why it's different other than you have a hang up.

I won't sleep with intravenous drug users. Or masochists. Or sadists. Also hang ups?

I was born this way.

HOW CLOSED MINDED!!!1!!! How dare you express a preference for bisexual people? It is discrimination for you to say that and not to prefer straight people equally. You should be ashamed!!

I didn't express a preference. I said you can't understand unless you have lived it.

I'm a bisexual woman and I would never date a bisexual man.

Is it possible for you to be bi and monogamous at the same time?

Yes. But I'm not a man.

How about pill poppers or drunks? I won't sleep with them (they tend to wet the bed). But I will sleep with bisexuals, masochists and sadists.

I guess AAs are out for you too since there is a high incidence of infection in that demographic too. And what about your basically slutty white guy? Magically immune?
The incidence among AAs is not even remotely close to the incidence among homosexuals. MSMs are 2% of the population, yet 50% of those with HIV. You can have them.

You have many gay friends whose lifestyle you agree with and who if they are really your friends you trust. So why can't you trust a bisexual man and stop thinking negative things about him enough to date or sleep with him?

Because their protests were never about trust; it's about insecurity and fragile egos.

So you are generalizing all bisexual men to be insecure with fragile egos? If you know gay friends who aren't that way why do you think other bi men are?

No. I'm generalizing about the straight females in this thread who are making all sorts of false claims that bi men are "more likely to cheat," "more likely to give me an STD," etc etc etc.

Those are convenient excuses that attempts to mask these straight women's insecurity. They are afraid that they can never make a bisexual man truly happy. Perhaps if they just listened to what bisexual people are actually saying, rather than jumping to completely uninformed conclusions in order to soothe their fragile egos....

-Straight Man Who Has Dated Multiple Bi Women

We don't care! What are you not getting about this? We find you disgusting.

Because we don't want you. Get over it.

I am a WOMAN. I think it's extremely hypocritical of left wing women to say they have gay friends, accepting openminded bla bla bla then turn around and say they won't date a guy like their gay friends whom they trust and love.

Dude, be happy. This leaves more bisexuals for you! The rest of us don't know what we're missing.

+1000000

Enjoy. We don't want em.

-10000000

You enjoy, you hypocritical left wing closeted homophobic freak

np I don't see this as hypocritical. To give another example: You can be pro-choice for other people but, personally against abortion for yourself. Choosing a partner is personal and just because women don't want to be with a bi man than you assume we are being hypocritical. Which we are not. What if you only dated blonde men or women? Or black men or women? The op wanted honesty and they are getting it!

Sorry you don't like the answer but, no need to insult.

I will agree with this. However, my bi friend is on grindr almost nightly looking for a guy to come over (NPI).

Ummm ... absolutely. I'm a bi woman and I am fully monogamous with my husband. It's just as possible as it is for a straight person.

The ignorance on this thread is appalling.

There are many people that I would not sleep with. It appears that its the same for you. My preferences are wrong though and yours are okay?

Are you honestly equating IV drug users and sadists with bisexual people?! What the f*k is wrong with you?

You're right. The comparison is an insult to sadists.

I'm going to assume you're a troll because if you're not, you're an intolerant ass.

Nothing is wrong with me. Do you tell people who prefer to sleep with homosexual people that they are wrong and close minded? To discount sexual preference only because it isn't the same one as yours is just as bigoted as the people who try to ban gay marriage. I don't care who other people sleep with, but I do get to choose who I sleep with.
