np  I don't see this as hypocritical.  To give another example:  You can be pro-choice for other people but, personally against abortion for yourself.   Choosing a partner is personal and just because women don't want to be with a bi man than you assume we are being hypocritical.  Which we are not.  What if you only dated blonde men or women?  Or black men or women?  The op wanted honesty and they are getting it!
