I'm a bi woman, so it's probably different, but I can also hopefully provide some perspective. Just because you're attracted to both sexes does not mean you're overly sexual or more likely to cheat. My husband and I are both bi and we are fully monogamous.

Not wanting to date a bi person because you think they'll cheat on you is homophobic, plain and simple. If someone is committed to you, they're committed to you. Full stop.

Your logic is wrong here. "All the women in poly relationships are bi" =/= "All the people who are bi are in poly relationships."

No. I'm generalizing about the straight females in this thread who are making all sorts of false claims that bi men are "more likely to cheat," "more likely to give me an STD," etc etc etc.

Those are convenient excuses that attempts to mask these straight women's insecurity. They are afraid that they can never make a bisexual man truly happy. Perhaps if they just listened to what bisexual people are actually saying, rather than jumping to completely uninformed conclusions in order to soothe their fragile egos....

Well... yes. If he has sex with exclusively women there's a very low likelihood of him having HIV.
