I’m going to blow you mind, OP - the reason for all the kids…is the pool. |

High pitched screaming is never ok. I don't understand why parents don't shut that down.
I'm a mom. I tell other kids not to scream. |
Nope. You're incorrect. Your kids need to be mindful of their surroundings. Be a parent. |
It’s a mixed use place so while it is outdoors and no one expects quiet, the kids should be expected to be mindful of other people. Even if it is only kids, I’m sure there are kids there who don’t enjoy constant screaming as well. |
They always are. Rude, bratty kids = lazy, checked out parents. |
I’m a parent of multiple kids and I sympathize with her. Speak only for yourself, not “we.” (insert immature adolescent eye roll here) |
And parents are parents and not kids. Well, they’re supposed to be. |
Oh, you’re a teenager. Got it. |
Oh no, you mean you need to parent your ill-behaved brats? The audacity! |
The dog days of summer are in August. |
+1 Why bother having kids if you are not going to parent? DP here. |
Yes, we were kids. If we screamed or shrieked repeatedly, we were parented. Imagine that. |

| Well, I’m a parent and find shrieking children to be annoying. They don’t need to shriek for their growth and development or to be happy. |
Your reading comprehension is terrible. My second grader’s is better. |
