Eileen again with her choices - what the fuck was she wearing at the outdoor picnic with Yo and Erika?!?! Is she shopping at DEB?

I am over Kim and Kyle too. Frankly, Kim needs to stay AWAY from the cameras. I read once that she took what fans had to say to heart (social media, comments on the Bravo blog) and it was hard for her and contributed to her falling off the wagon. Plus, she is still friends with Brandi. If she really wanted to get sober, she would stay off the show, off social media, and surround herself with sane people.

So Tom's "you have to leave" was more harmless than it seemed. Still he's a control freak. I doubt we will see much of him, and he may not allow Erika to appear on the next season.

Kathryn is a bitch, and not at all interesting. I hope she gets cut.

Lisa R's admission that she was a tool for Lisa V made me dislike her even more. She spoke up about the munchausens because Lisa V and possibly Kyle put her up to it. Disgusting. The way she went off about Yo was crazy. I agree with Eileen's assessment.

I posted at the beginning of the thread about liking Katherine. Yes, I was so very, very wrong.

Kathryn is so very, very dislikeable. She actually strikes me as incredibly dense; just not bright at all. Who on earth would keep braying like that throughout dinner, as a guest in someone's home? Unbelievable. I wish someone had just told her, firmly, to shut the hell up.

As for Tom - what a slimeball. I liked him the first time he was on the show, but no more. Snapping at his wife like she's a child. I wonder what goes on behind closed doors with those two. I imagine Erika is mortified after seeing that play out on film. She doesn't strike me as someone who would let anyone speak to her like that, but maybe there are certain "rules" in their relationship. Gross.

No way! I actually like this season, new energy, new things going on. It was always same old, same old w/ Brandi and KIM, who I am SO glad is gone and I WISH they would stop talking about her. I always fast-forwarded through her scenes.

Yes to all of this. I would add Lisa R also like the previous poster said. People's true colors are showing this season and it ain't pretty.

I actually liked when Tom snapped at Erika - I hate interrupters and I've done the same to people who rudely interrupt.

I'll say this for Rinna: she has balls. She's going to go up against Vanderpump and Kyle now? HOO BOY. This is going to make for some good TV.

Because Vanderpump is the alpha. End of story. She took down Adrienne, Kyle (before she forgave her), Brandi, those two randoms from season four (Carlton and Joyce), etc. You're either in with her, or you are out.

You can be "out" and have it be OK, like with Eileen. You can choose to be above it like Erika, who gives zero clucks. But if you want to be "in," as Rinna desperately does, you play by Vanderpump's rules!

Everyone's true colors are showing as there's no Brandy or Kim to hide behind. The deflected a lot of things on those two.

I agree with this. It was too easy for the cast to hide between Brandy and Kim. They were the clear loony tunes. Now it's more ambiguous and it seem clear that an Erika/Yolanda/Eileen v Kyle/Vanderpump/Kathryn divide is happening and if Rinna goes Team Yolanda...well, that's interesting. Brandi came the closest to toppling Queen Vanderpump but she couldn't hold it together and she self-imploded. Erika/Yolanda/Eileen/Rinna? That's a much more formidable group.

These Housewives shows have become so meta. There are so many layers going on off camera and more and more, they talk about it and that becomes the storyline. The storyline is how they're all on this TV show and fucking each other over when the cameras are off.
