Beverly Hill Housewives- cringe worthy moment/rant

I agree about the "Being sober is no fun" shirt. Brandi is an idiot. And what does it say about Yolanda that she likes hanging out with those two morons because it is "easy". Birds of a feather...

I am still team LVP, but not as much as I have been in all the previous seasons.

I think this season was the most boring one. Not that I would ever want Kim or Brandi back, but it was the same. fucking. thing. every week. I was over it pretty early (but of course kept watching).

Lisa Rinna really needs to stop talking. She keeps bringing up the same old garbage and bringing everyone aside to have deep talks with them about the stupid things she says. Is it for more screen time, or does she really care about constantly beating dead horses?

Eileen used to be one of my favorites, but her obsession with the "right" kind of apology from LVP is out of control and very whiny. Looking back to the original LVP conversation that she found so offensive, it really wasn't such an awful thing. LVP was direct and not particularly sensitive, but she has always been that way. She seems genuinely curious and asks about people directly. It's not like she spilled some secret of Eileen's. But, whatever, Eileen was offended. LVP didn't get why, but she apologized at least a dozen times. But that's not enough for Eileen because it wasn't the apology *she* wanted. Here's a cluestick, Eileen. Humans are not always going to give us exactly what we want. At some point, you decide that what they give you is enough, or you distance yourself from them. Either way, you let it go. Because harping on people to validate you in the way you want is a non starter. Isn't her tagline something about not living according to other people's scripts? Take a lesson, E. Others don't live according to yours either. Or is this obsession about screen time and relevance, because she didn't have much else to offer this season?

Yolanda is just LOVING the constant attention to her illness and the Munchausen thing and is milking that for all it's worth. Another cluestick, Yo. Some people believe in your chronic Lyme. Others don't. NBD. If she's really ill, concentrating on getting better should be the only priority she has, not holding high court with her supporters or constantly challenging others. Oh, and that "I don't even know what that Munchausen thing is" is completely unbelievable. She googled the hell of that the first time it came up and is using it to garner all the sympathy in the world.

Oh, oh, oh, and did anyone catch the Andy Cohen after show with Yolanda and Erika? Yolanda looks great. Andy told her she looks great. And, she responded with how she was only having a good day. She's so invested in being sick. It made me notice that whenever anyone tells her she looks good...she talks about still being so sick but just had a good day. She needs to be seen as sick, especially now, since her creepy husband is divorcing her. Yet, she also needs to be miraculously well because otherwise she is irrelevant.

I find Kyle generally annoying, but think she is crafty and wise to let things go and enjoy her relationship with LVP and her sister. I like LVP because she doesn't give fucks about nonsense but does try not to be ridiculous. I also like that she projects an air of having better things to do than whine.

Erika is generally ok. Her relationship is a little strange, but she's living the dream and I like her confessionals. She's upfront and honest, but usually fair. Her devotion to Yolanda is a little weird, because Yo is a drama queen, and she says she doesn't like drama, but whatever. She also called out people when she needed to and then let it go.

Kathryn is as dumb as a box of rocks, yet, I sort of liked her towards the end. I sort of believe that her hearing made her come off extra irritating, but I also saw her trying to own up to her faults. I dunno. Jury's still out.

OMG, I had no idea I had such opinions. This may be the longest post I've ever made here and it is about the most insignificant thing.

Totally agree. I also don't believe she has chronic Lyme disease. I think her issues were an auto immune response to her leaking implants.

HA! I agree with everything you said, especially the bolded re: Yolanda needing to always bring up her illness. Like you, I can't believe I give this show more than two seconds of my time. It's strange, but I do feel somewhat invested in it since I've watched it from the beginning. But why I care about such vapid personalities, I really don't know.

I feel the same way about Kathryn. She's definitely not my favorite, but it seems like her personality improved immensely as soon as she got the hearing aids. I think she honestly didn't realize how brash and loud she was coming off before. That said, she still isn't the brightest bulb and doesn't add a whole lot of interest.

Does anyone know what happened at the very end of the party as Rinna and Eileen were walking out? It looked like Eileen was seriously pissed off by something that didn't happen on camera, and Rinna put her arm around her to steer her out, saying, "Let's get you out of here." I wonder what happened that we didn't see.

The whole "party" was just another set-up to get all these women in the same room for the usual multiple confrontations. It's gotten SO OLD!!

I was honestly shocked at Ken's comments about Lisa Rinna. I know he loves his wife, but that is soooo ungentlemanly, calling her a wanker and all, eww.

Well he called it like it was. That was a crap move that LR played just to get air time. She is a wanker, et al. She is a near 50 year old woman with two teenage daughters complaining about being manipulated to say and do things she doesn't want to do. I did not see LVP manipulate LR. I did see ED manipulate and plant seeds of doubt into LR.

That's because LVP is smart enough not to do it on camera.

Ken can support LVP without all the name-calling. Grow up dude.

I just don't believe LVP manipulated LR to say munchaussen (sic). LR said herself that the first time she heard the word, it came from her hairdresser. Frankly, I think LR's babysitter was on to something. Did LVP also manipulate LR to post mocking pictures on social media of Yolanda pretending to be sick? Yolanda only wants to talk about her illness, even when she is looking and feeling great, her story line is either "oh, I'm so weak, or Gigi, my Gigi. I love my Gigi". Did she ever talk about Bella or Anwar. Oh yeah, she did. She mentioned her other two children only to say, they too had Lyme

On a different note. RHOBH has ruined another friendship. Mohammed and LVP had a rift and have not spoken to one another in eight months. The source of this gossip is Yolanda herself.

Sometimes the name fits the description. It is what it is. And when you turn 70 years of age, you don't filter your speak or thoughts as much as you would have at 30. Have you not been around old people.

I don't know why this makes me sad, but it does. I loved the LVP/Mohammed friendship. Boo.

I hate Yolanda.

I actually got angry on LVP's behalf when LR told Yolanda at the party that LVP was the person who started the Munchausen stuff. That's such a blatant lie! I mean what was LR thinking? Everyone agrees it started by LR having a conversation with her hairdresser about Yolanda.

Yolanda and LR are both such losers.

I find Erika to be manipulative. In the last episode all of that leading "how did that make you feel" bullshit with the squinted eyes and semi concerned expression. She has it out for LVP by association.

I was weirded out when Yolanda said to LVP "your loyalty will always be to Mohammed." Why is loyalty an issue? Yolanda literally needs people to swear oaths to her, defend her honor and blindly agree with everything she says. Relax and just enjoy someone's company geesh.

Yes, I do not understand the Erika adulation.

yes!!!! agree!! People are afraid of Erika and her confidence! And she wants them to be. And that is why she doesn't like LVP. Competition.
