Not perfect. No one I work with - even the 20 year olds - have perfect bodies. I have stretch marks. Porn and fashion magazines have photo editors, lighting, etc. We have low lighting and body makeup. We are all fit, though. Even the bigger girls (size 8/10) are toned. You just can't be flabby and walking around in underwear all night.

My boobs are nothing like they were pre-baby, but they are big and pretty perky. I'm short, so no long legs - that's what the five inch heels are for!

I think a lot of strippers stay stuck because they don't keep their eyes on the prize - because there is no prize. They have no goals. They throw their money away on flashy jewelry, expensive vacations, cars, clothes and (yes) drugs, etc. It becomes a lifestyle. Then they wake up and aren't able to do this job anymore, and don't have anything to show for it.

I don't do this. My son's future is very important and I've been socking away almost all of my earnings from the very beginning with him in mind. My family lives off of my husband's earnings - we pretend as though my income doesn't exist (save for unexpected emergencies - car troubles, etc).

Just chiming in to say you go girl. I did a little bit in college. It was a mixed experience - sometimes confidence boosting and fun, other times not so much... but the money was good and it was an interesting experience. You have an awesome attitude, and thanks for showing DCUM that strippers are just normal (often kind, intelligent) women.
