I really don't get what you're saying. Two people look at the same photo and see different things. How is that two photos or photoshop? |
| blue and black |

thought for sure this would be in entertainment and pop culture and that's where i went first. i'm so bummed that the entertainment thread got extracted from off topics though months later it seems to be picking up steam.
oh. black and blue
|
Agree. why isn't this immediately obvious to everyone? And black???? I could see why someone might say light blue and brown but I cannot see black. |
| Yesterday on my phone I could not understand how anyone could see black in it, but today on my monitor that's how it looks. |
| When I saw it on my phone last night I could only see white and gold no matter how many pics I looked at. This morning on my laptop: blue and black no matter what. I think it has to do with how your brain perceives color on whatever device you're using. |

It's lighting and angles. Kind of like how two different people see different colors in a mood ring (angles).
Otherwise, you could walk into work today and ask people what color your shirt is and get different answers. Wrong. It's the camera, lighting, optical illusion. The girl who posted it is an aspiring musician who wants to meet Taylor Swift. And this stunt helped her go viral. She will be on Ellen next week, wearing the dress, playing guitar with Taylor. |
| Who cares if she wants to meet Taylor Swift? It doesn't make it less interesting. |
|
Then go ask everyone at work what color your shirt is.
It's a stunt. If you are intrigued by stunts, then enjoy! |
I neither know nor care who posted it. It's pretty interesting, how you can look at one picture and see totally different colors. |
What makes it a stunt exactly? |
No it isn't. Look at it with a group at the same time. People will see different colors. |
| It's a stunt because the girl who posted it is an aspiring musician who said she wants to play guitar with Taylor Swift. This is her gimmick to go viral. It's working. |
No it's not. I don't know who posted it. Everyone is talking about the dress, not whoever posted it. Publicity fail. |
| She will be in that ugly dress on Ellen next week. |
