It's super washed out blue (cobalt) and black lace. The lighting is awful.
Try looking at the blue part (which looks white) until your eyes see the lace that's just out of your focal point as black. When that happens, it'll change for you. |

In the OP's link I see blue with either black or brown. But in the other links I've seen it definitely looks white and gold. Crazy!
