I found it online, it has been overexposed. I have seen it looking both ways though and this is close approximation of what the dress looks like in white/gold. Except the gold is a bit darker when I see it in the original photo |
| I see blue and black. Maybe the very top black area resembles a little gold slightly but the rest is clearly black to me. I have a hard time seeing white at all. It's either blue/black or blue/gold to me. |

Not trolling in the least. The dress is a royal blue with black trim. I still haven't seen any picture in which it is gold/white. This thread is incredibly tiresome!! |

There's an article about this on yahoo. It's a publicity stunt. The original person who wore the dress is an aspiring musician who wants to meet Taylor swift. The links are from different sites, so obviously there are multiple photos with different colors.
Fake, and stupid. |
| White and gold, though the white has a bluish tint. My whole famiky saw the same thing. |
That's not what Time magazine says. I think it's very interesting how different people see color. |
Nope. I showed it to the family at the same time. My husband sees white and gold, and my ds and I see blue and black. We were all looking at the same screen. |
My kids and I looked at it with the same monitor. I see white/gold, my daughter saw blue/brown, and my son saw blue/black. We each think the others are crazy. |
| Its two different picture, you idiots! |
| Photoshop, you morons. really, nothing better to do? |
| Well when the girl who posted it winds up on Ellen playing guitar with at Swift, then maybe everyone will acknowledge it's a stunt. |
Same here. I didn't tell my son the back story and he saw blue and black. He looked at me askance when I said I saw white and gold. My husband also saw blue and black. This morning I showed my 5 year old twins (again with no back story) and one saw white and gold and the other blue and black. All from the same device and same photo. The nanny saw white and gold. So it's a 50/50 split in our house. |
No, when two people are looking at the picture on the same screen, it's one picture. |
| White in gold with bad lighting. |
