IEP for a gifted child?

I agree with the above post. I have a child with autism, who has an IEP, yet is in all G&T academic classes at school. His IQ and EQ are way out of synchronicity. My son qualified for Johns Hopkins CTY, but when I saw the proposed cost, it was out of the question. Attendance to such places are awesome on paper, but in the end; it is what you know and what you can do with what you know. From the right resources, you could learn as much or better, free from You-Tube.
