She used to be much more beautiful, before she hit the surgeon's office. Then there's Halle Berry, Barack Obama, Bruno Mars, Alicia Keys, Alia Shawkat, Shakira, Keanu Reeves, Olivia Munn, the Rock, Norah Jones, Alexis Bledel, Lisa Bonet, Vin Diesel, Ne-Yo, Jessica Alba, Rashida Jones, Drake, Paula Patton, Stacey Dash... off the top of my head |
Many of your choices are questionable. Ne-yo? Seriously?
|
|
How many people have gorgeous mugshots?
Yes, Ne-Yo - seriously. I don't care for his music, but gorgeous, gorgeous man.
Also, let's not forget Tyson Beckford.

|
Wait, are we talking about biracial people here?
re: Ne-Yo. If you're attractive, a mugshot won't change those facts. There's a reason he always wears a hat. And his nose throws him into the ugly category. |
|
Tyson Beckford is multi-racial (a bit different from the biracial discussion going on here).
"Beckford was born to Jamaican parents. His father is of Afro-Jamaican and Panamanian descent. His mother is of Afro-Jamaican and Chinese Jamaican descent." |
There are some of us woman that actually find a bald men very attractive
Anyway, you're entitled to your preferences. The general consensus is that he's a pretty damn attractive man, and that biracial people - those with greater genetic diversity - make for healthier, more attractive people on the whole. You can't argue with science! |
Personally, as an Asian, I find it a little troubling when I hear that babies of mixed race, particularly Asian and White, are prettier children. While it's not explicitedly stated, it's the larger eyes, eyelids, lighter color hair / eyes (the "white" features) that make the child look more attractive. It's the same kind of features that even adults get commented on. There is that piece to it, and my other thought on mixed children is that I don't think many have been exposed to many mixed children (if coming from a smaller town). There are beautiful mixed children, but if you've seen a lot, they aren't ALL beautiful as children or adults. |
Your examples are all people who are celebrities or are on television. I could list all the white, black, and asian tv and movie stars, and would that somehow prove that all white, black, and asian people are physically beautiful? |
Genetic diversity = healthier people. Healthier people = more attractive people. This isn't really disputable. There are certainly exceptions, but on the greater whole, being biracial/multiracial is a very good thing - looks, and otherwise. |
Was not arguing baldness (my DH is bald!), but the fact that he's ugly. There's nothing "symmetrical" about his looks. |
You sound ignorant and weirdly obsessed. I'm guessing you have mixed children. |
This is sort of really stretching it, pp. Race is a social construct more than anything, and does not account for much in terms of genetics. It feels like you are fetishizing multiracial people more than anything. |
He looks perfectly symmetrical to me - not sure what you're talking about. Again, you're in the minority if you think he's not a good looking man. |
Good point (but some of her picks are not attractive, IMO). |
Really? That's a pretty big assumption. Who are all the women who find him a heartthrob? He has a nickname of "turtle" for a reason. |
