You said that they need different nutrients. Not that they need different ratios of nutrients. Men and women both need protein. Men need more. Men and women both need calcium. For most of the life span, they need the same amount, but after menopause women need more. Men and women both need folate. Women need slightly more. When a woman is trying to get pregnant, pregnant, or lactating she needs significantly more. Men and women both need iron. Menstruating women need significantly more. There are no nutrients that only one gender needs. Men and women need the SAME nutrients. What your wrote which was that they need DIFFERENT nutrients is false. Also, I'll note on that list, that at this point, the only nutrient that she currently might need more of than the ultramarathon running man, is folate. Since the richest sources of folate are vegetable sources, becoming vegan probably increased her folate levels. Soon, she will also need more iron. But I (the OP) have brought up iron as my top concern multiple times, so clearly I am already aware of that. |
OP I hope that you are noticing the (lack of) brainpower of the folks concerned trolling you about your daughter’s health. I would be willing to bet that a vegan child of a conscientious parent (such as OP) will end up eating a far healthier and more nutritionally optimal diet than the average American omnivore kid. |
Did you know powdered sugar isn’t vegetarian 😭 |
Some brands are and some brands aren’t. |

OP is not actually a parent It is clear from her posts. |
How so? |
