I don't get it. My relatives from China were quick to adopt Christianity. It was like a bonus, Oh and they can go to church. I don't even go to church, that is what they wanted.

I’d settle for a country in which adults aren’t throwing tantrums, blocking streets, & harassing law enforcement whenever they don’t get their way.

+100! I too want the J6 rioters held to account. Unfortunately, with Republicans in charge, they'll look the other way when their MAGA compatriots throw tantrums, block streets, and harass and injure law enforcement officers when they don't get their way.

I had a close call recently. I have a coworker that seemed nice and we made plans to get together outside work. Then she mentioned that she attended the CK vigil to a group of us at work. Jaws dropped.
I quietly but quickly deleted her from my contacts list. I don’t want to be associated with maga or tpusa. I’d like to keep my reputation clean and respectful.

Let's try this again. I'm not particularly Christian I don't go to church, but the Christians in this Nation see to it that I get a weekend, Sunday and now Saturday, as well as Christmas off as PTO (Christmas isn't even really a Christian holiday). People I have worked for from other countries, don't want to give me these days off, and they don't replace them with other days or benefits. So yeah, religious freedom is a bad deal for me. Maybe in other sectors where you don't have a fairly regular work week, it might not be as important, but for me it's a bad deal.
