Think you also have to remember they are trying to split up the local teams so they get to play teams not in their league and/or teams not in the area. But do agree the flights have some flaws.

For the 2011s, the Cup flight seems solid although I’m skeptical of the Toronto team.
A flight has a several flaws. I would have moved McLean, Nationals and Inter Atlanta up from B flight and dropped Maryland Rush, Tri State and Richmond Orange.
Alexandria should be in B flight for Arlington White.

Looks like the 2011 Arlington RL team is showing they belong.

The u14 CUP bracket seems the strongest top bracket across all the age groups with interregional and interleague representation . It looks like the games have all been competitive.

Spend more time working on your second string kid's footskills and less on worrying about GA teams in a pay to play tournament.
