Maybe all these "don't raise my taxes" parents in red states who are seemingly ok with their kids learning in trailers will get a taste of their own medicine, hmmm?

OGC is being forced back. To sit in rooms and write and be in teams meetings. We’ve hired people who live outside the DMV and people have moved in the last few years (throughout all OGC). These people face some sad and hard decisions. And our ability to have the best in the country is now gone. And lots within the office will be leaving.

Productivity is going to take a big hit.

Can't the agency find a fed gov building close to their residence. I thought this plan was wide-spread. It is for HHS.

Not yet. There are ppl in places like Ohio. Not a hot bed of federal space.

Most major cities have federal offices.

And yet . . . the answer is still "not yet." Have you been to Ohio?

Well and it's not like those facilities can suddenly take in all the remote workers across the entire government.

So far most examiners, no impact…. Yet. Does anyone think they will eventually remove the remote agreement?

Pendency would absolutely skyrocket.

And if SPEs drive 2 hours day in DC traffic, tolerance for high quality will DROP. The job is a challenge in of itself now adding more on top is crazy.

I thought all SPEs within 50 miles have been ordered to work in office starting Monday.

Eliminating the patent office and patents would be a great to deregulate and spur the economy.

You just revealed yourself for the ignorant person you are. You have no idea what PTO does, how it interacts with business or other countries.
Fact check: there is a LOT of foreign cooperation and outreach in other countries.

Yep. Art. 1, Sect. 8, Clause 8 of the Constitution. Look it up.

lol you need to refresher on current actions. If they can take away birthright citizenship, two terms for a president and grant sovereign immunity they can do away with patents and the patent office. All it takes is an EO and SCOTUS.

Musk has said his goal is a 75% reduction in the federal government by eliminating federal personnel and departments.

Yes that is what USAID said.

Elon Musk should stick to rocket ships instead of running HR. And I don't believe he will reach such a goal before the general public starts getting po'd about services being way less accessible.

That part will be Biden’s fault.

And USAID is correct. Posts like yours only reveals peoples' ignorance of how their own government works.
