His daughters deleted their social media accounts. I feel so bad for them

Then stop posting about them.

The thing I find most shocking about this is that he didn’t have a vasectomy.

This was poor judgment and not sure I could forgive my spouse. But at least he is owning it and taking responsibility to the innocent new baby and to his wife and daughters, both for his past actions and his need to regain their trust. Not excusing him and this is how any man in the situation should act, but not all do.

It's hard to deny it if he gets hit with a subpoena for paternity testing

He is claiming paternity. Publicly. A guy who does that is not the guy who would make a woman sue him, etc. He will be in this kid's life. That's the only good in this situation.

He’s claiming it publicly because there was a looming story. It’s not out of virtue, it’s out of pressure!

Compare Tom Brady (yes now he is all in with his kid with BM but early on he was not) and countless other male celebs with verified paternity and they don’t acknowledge the child other than as required by courts for support.

I would forgive him. My dad had affairs. It completely came out when I was an adult. I had my suspicions. He chooses the women over us. In the end it destroyed our relationship.

Apparently, he had a history before his wife of cheating with his first wife. https://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/foo-fighters-dave-grohl-admits-fathering-baby-outside-his-marriage

I feel bad for the wife and kids.

Doubtful. Is he going to bring the mistress and child on family outings? If he doesn't get divorced his wife and current family will want nothing to do with that kid

Schwarzenegger comes to mind. His kids wanted nothing to do with the new child.

I never wanted anything to do with my dad’s affair kids.

I think the spouses in these situations have often made their deal with the devil. This wife married him long after he became famous and she probably has very limited control in the marriage. If she wants to be with him, I would imagine it’s got to be on his terms. I would bet she’s been looking the other way for yeaaaaaaars. Apparently he lost his first marriage due to an affair, so this wife knew what she was getting into. I feel badly for his daughters, who have nothing to do with this.

And there are a million Reddit threads that claim he’s been cheating forever. That doesn’t surprise me. Knocking someone up isn’t an entry-level affair. This is not his first time around the block. He just can’t hide this one.

Once a cheater, always a cheater. They never change

The sad thing is that his wife has probably been begging him to get snipped ever since his last daughter was born. He could’ve avoided this entire debacle with a stupid 10 minute surgery. Dummy.

Agreed.

He's a liar, a cheater, an adulterer.

Good lord you are so naive.

He’s publicly claiming paternity because he had to not because he wants to.

He cheated on his first wife. Then he cheated on his second.
