How did win? Putin took hostages and we gave him exactly what he wanted in exchange. He had to kill off Navalny first since he was part of the negotiations, but that wasn't much of a challenge

Do you really think we didn't kill anyone off to get them out of the negotiations too? Think about it.

He helped Trump win in 2016, but appears to realize that Trump isn’t going to be able to do it this year, even if Putin helped him again.

This move by Putin is so transparent.

When left is right and up is down in MAGAverse.
Their compass points at Trump, so that's always North. Even when it changes direction

Don’t go to Russia if you have even a small amount of visibility AND are an American.

Forget about visibility. Didn’t you hear about the 25 year old aesthetician from LA arrested visiting her grandmother in nowhereswille Siberia? She could not be lower visibility and was arrested for donating $50 for medical supplies for Ukraine. Unfortunately she was not part of the swap. She has no family in America and I think really no one to advocate for her, although her ex husbands family posted some very nice things about what a wonderful person she is.
A couple months ago someone was posting on the travel forum about going to Belarus and was roundly derided as crazy.

You need to be at least mildly famous for this White House to care.

Wow, sour grapes about Biden getting hostages released.

Meanwhile, President Biden: “There’s nothing beyond our capacity when we act together. Nothing, nothing, nothing. Remember who the hell we are. We’re the United States of America.”

Thank you, President Biden and Vice President Harris.
