For Herndon it seems unlikely they could go from zero to all those teams. Also it seems like they don't have practice fields


Looks like they have a girl’s coach (or placeholder) for each age group so looks like they will be trying to field and RL team. RL league is going to be weak next year on the girls side.

Yeah they don't have a team in 2016 for girls this year. Gonna be tough to put a bunch of teams together from scrach.

He’s coaching the 08 girls team.

Nobody can do a good job for four teams. They may be looking for another coach but then which team "gets" him and which gets "new guy"?

Nobody will get NA. Even the teams he coaches he only shows up part of the time. A lot of the practices and games are coached by his assistant coach. And even when he shows up, he only pays attention to his favorite 2 or 3 players.
