According to science and the golden ratio she is ugly and disfigured |
Her nose is too low and big |
I don’t see any issues. I don’t fond him attractive and think their level of attractiveness is equal. Find something better to do with your time. I am sure you are no hottie and probably racist.. |
I agree. Taylor Swift is very, very average American looking. In the 1970s, pretty much every basic Northern European mutt woman from Pennsylvania to Nebraska looked like her. And then most of them got fat, but Taylor is normal sized, which is why they love her. She represents them, not fat. She’s still not beautiful and they wouldn’t be either if they lost the weight, but they’d be better looking. This is why they cling to the idea that she’s beautiful, not reality. Christie Brinkley is a beautiful version of the look, btw. |
There it is. The fat woman is “truly gorgeous.” The thin woman is a butterface. Cope. |
He is symmetrical, she is not. His eyes are much nicer than hers. And he has a better body. I say this as a woman who has a body like her. It’s skinny, but average. His body is nice. He’s better looking. I’m waiting for my class to start and this is a perfect use of my time. Why are you on here? To be the PC, everyone is beautiful police? |
I didn’t say fat = beautiful. I didn’t say thin = butterface. I said [edit: cis white] men often will choose a butterface thin woman over a legitimately gorgeous fat woman. And fat women know it. Reading comprehension. |
Sandra Oh and anyone in Grey's Anatomy casting are terrible examples. Grey's Anatomy was created by an average looking black woman. Many of the women on that show are average while the men are hot. The creator chose characters to her taste, not to the taste of men or society in general. She wanted to see herself reflected in those characters. |
Asian American casting is pretty terrible. Maybe not enough people try out. We aren’t exactly raised to become actors and actresses. |
I remember when titanic came out, many people criticized Kate winslet for not being good enough for that role opposite Leonardo DiCaprio. Same for Claire Danes.
But this Emma person is brown so it adds additional fuel to casting someone not unattractive. And I love both Kate winslet and Claire Danes. They just are not as attractive at Leonardo back in the day. |
He is punky looking. And we’re not saying that she is conventionally pretty; we’re saying that we find her attractive, we are attracted to her, and by definition people who attract like that are attractive. The proof is in the pudding, not in some arithmetic golden ratio. |
Maybe she has the female version of BDE and is attractive like Adam Driver. |
Sandra Oh is a great actress. Is your complaint that she isn't pretty enough to play a driven young doctor? |
Ok, now I am completely fascinated. What is the female version of BDE? |
As an average looking black woman, I find what you deem terrible as fantastic. I love to see women who look like me being cast in romantic roles with all kinds of men. And to some extent, life imitates art. See it long enough and very soon, you pretty women will face tougher competition from us 😀. |
