Even if she spoke Arabic and was born there, they would still see her as an outsider. Saudis can be very snobbish and weird . Oddly they are friendliest to Americans and white people in general even above other Arabs like Palestinians and Emiratis and Syrians .

This is why I say she must have tremebdous grit and social savvy to navigate the upper echelons of the American elite since she was a young girl. She must be very bright and have high EQ to have handled these situations so well.

Hillary wouldn’t keep her around if she wasn’t reliable or trustworthy . I wouldn’t be surprised if she started being her eyes and ears on which staffers were trying to or did sleep with Bill

Weiner was Chuck Schumer's protege. He cleared the path to get Weiner his seat in Congress (Schumer previously held the same House district), line up the donors, etc.

The plan was for Weiner to eventually become Mayor of NYC after Bloomberg, while Schumer ascended to Majority Leader in the Senate. Weiner was well positioned to get the nomination for NYC Mayor in 2013, but then the texting scandal blew up in 2011.

So yes, when she met him he was a rising super star in the Democratic Party. He wanted to do two terms as Mayor and then take over Schumer's Senate seat.
