It seems both Huma and Alexander have similar geeky personalities, world vision and social network and they feel comfortable together. They can only date people who understand their world and have security clearance, which really limits their options. He has dated dozens of women and likely his mom liked Huma as she knows the weight of managing an empire and value of a wise and loyal partner by one's side. He obviously can but can't marry a supermodel.

Sub-text of this "inexperience" sounds like she's possibly a-sexual and simply not interested in sex with a man. That doesn't have anything to do with inexperience. Plenty of virgin brides enjoy adventurous, frequent sex with their husband afterwards.
