I live in a neighborhood where kids do lemonade stands all the time. Even on a decent November day. So I believe this could happen.
I think OP did the right thing. I’d be really annoyed that it was making the dog bark. I think it’s nice that you gave $. It wasn’t the kids fault their parent told them to have a stand on private property. |

The mom you dealt with is totally in the wrong No judgment on you OP But when I give it a second thought and try to look at it differently - I try not to be like my mom would be. My mom would get really worked up & be all “THE NERVE” and go on & on. But if let things like this go she’d be so much happier & make others happy. I wouldn’t have worried about the kid, the traffic etc - it good old fashioned fun entrepreneurialism. |
