Shapley is a dumbass. The legit case isn’t based on the laptop. The government got a warrant for access to Hunter’s iCloud account, which doesn’t have all the chain of custody and political manipulation issues as the laptop.

There is nothing criminal in those transactions and republicans know that. Any American politician (or their family members) should be able to receive money from foreign businesses. Nothing new here.

What was the money for? What goods or services were exchanged for such large sums of money? And why did the grandchild of the president receive foreign funds?

I recall reading as it related to Burisma, that they were incorporated in Delaware, as millions of companies are, and as an attorney licensed in Delaware and versed in corporate law, that he was providing that service specifically.

I don't know, but to date, none of it is illegal. If you don't like it, ask the GOP to pass a law.

Structuring is illegal. Money laundering is illegal. Hiding income and not declaring it to avoid paying taxes is illegal.

Lying on federal form ATF 4473 firearms background check is illegal.

If we actually took that seriously, that would mean that millions of Americans, a good percentage of which are Trump voters, also need to come forward and plead guilty to that crime of lying on their 4473.

The IRS whistleblowers in the Hunter Biden case present overwhelming evidence they were obstructed. But Hunter was ALSO being investigated for FARA violations and public corruption. Not a stretch to believe those investigations were impeded too. We need an independent counsel stat!
