Add to it the super-sketchy "corroboration" that came from "Biden business partner Tony Bobulinski" who had a history of fraud and a $600k judgement against him that mysteriously got paid off as he resurfaced, along with his "evidence" being photos (!) of iphone screen shots (!) of messages allegedly with Biden, which were being displayed on a Blackberry with a cracked screen that was connected to a RUSSIAN cellular network (!!!!) https://twitter.com/JeetoCheesus/status/1319407511821312006 It all ended up looking like a crude attempt at salting the mine.

So what you are saying is that the Bobulinsky emails could have been falsified, meaning that the copies Bobulinsky had on his own computer with email addresses/receipts, etc were falsified too, even though it never left his own custody?

Fox and WSJ investigated Bobulinski’s emails and concluded there was no business deal and no money. It was bullshit.

Interesting that Bobulinski conveniently popped up out of nowhere right in the midst of the laptop frenzy to "corroborate" the "deal" part of the laptop story and disappeared again the day after election day.

Nah, nothing suspicious about that at all. And awful odd that even the most basic journalistic sleuthing revealed that there wasn't really any such "deal" as it had fallen through.

The answer is painfully obvious: Bobulinski was bought, told what to say and do, and to show his Russian handlers' faked blackberry as "corroboration" in exchange for helping him out of his $600k court judgement. Even Tucker Carlson stopped talking about the laptop story the day after election day. He too knew the story was bullcrap.

Twitter made a decision that the laptop story violated its terms of service. The White House Press Secretary violated the terms of service and had her account frozen until she removed the tweet in question. That is not unethical. To the contrary, it would have been unethical to allow the Press Secretary to violate terms of service to which others were held to account.

But why did the media decide to suppress the laptop story? Did the Biden campaign request they suppress it? Did the media/twitter want Biden to win and suppress/manipulate the facts? Is that OK?

Even Taibbi didn’t find evidence that the Biden campaign was involved in the laptop story decision.

They didn't find John Podesta was involved in the "Russia Dossier" until he admitted in deposition under oath
that the DNC and the Clinton campaign each paid 50 percent of the cost to purchase it.

The Democrats in the FBI knew the laptop story was likely to come out, and preemptively went to tech companies and told them Russian disinformation was likely to come out.

You are wrong about Section 230. If you were correct, nobody could moderate anything. Platforms absolutely have the right to enforce their terms of service.

You have no way of knowing the motivations of the Twitter employees beyond what is mentioned in their emails saying that they viewed the Post story as violating their TOS regarding hacking. You are simply making things up.
