And Aldi's Little Journey label too - also PBM. It's on instacart. Including Gentle |
"On Instacart" doesn't mean it's in stock. It just means that the store carries it. Many, many times I have shopped via Instacart and while I can add it to the list, when my shopper goes to the store it is not on the shelf. |
Ok. If I needed it, I'd go look or try Instacart. Also there's Gerber Gentle on iherb.com. |
You do realize that is ageism, right? Do you think I should discard your opinion simply because you are a few decades younger than me? I wouldn't do that, although I might discard your opinion on anything simply because you are a moron. |
Seriously. That was so inappropriate and dumb |
The formula company that literally killed infants with its contaminated product is to blame, as well as the delay in investigating and the almost inevitable lack of consequences that will result. A mom wanting to be able to feed her child is not the villain of this piece (although I do think it would be misguided given expiration times) |

I used to buy formula on Amazon for my kids- I did the subscribe and save option and had it come every few weeks. They are both alive and healthy and smart! And I’m just thankful every day that I don’t have an infant right now because my Facebook local Moms groups are saturated with people begging for formula , people posting pics of where they saw some for sale, and people generously offering up their freezer stashes of breast milk. |
OMG. That's the only problem? Parents won't want to deal with the crying? The babies cry because the regular formula causes them PAIN. |
You do realize that allegation was found false and it’s the FDA that’s holding up the restart of the processing plant. Thank basement joe again |

The anti-baby food folks probably are exacerbating the formula shortage. My DD was eating baby food at 3 months. We started with rice cereal and other Gerber cereals. At 4 months added vegetable puree baby food, and maybe at 5 or 6 months all kinds of pureed food - Mac n cheese, spaghetti, chicken and rice. We fed formula in between meals.
Baby food isn't bad. It's fine. |

For lactose sensitive kids, if you can’t find the sensitive version, you can order lactase drops and add to regular formula. It worked for me. Walmart, Costco and Amazon store brands have versions of Gentlease - look for the ones that literally mention “If you like Gentlease, then … on the tub or can.
The version of Holle for toddlers/1 year olds is very similar if not the same as their stage 2 for infants and that formula is available online. |
