It’s an awful way to start a life together.

I have argued on this board before: i will never sign a prenup. If it's family money, family should put it in a trust for their grandkids.

She came to the marriage with her talent: I hope he does not get a dime from all the money she made on that talent

So the grandkids have to sign pre nup then?

That's their problem. Perhaps they can find spouses who are cool with it. Perhaps by the time the grandchildren are ready to marry, soceity would have found ways to account for other intangibles such as intelligence, health, greater family connections, etc.

Big whoop, a raunchy comedian who has the spotlight for 15 minutes. Who has never seen one of those before?

Harvard educated with a business sense. He is fine and out of her league.

Doesn't he come from a rich family? If so, I'd look into their donation history before you assume he is oh so smart because he went to Hah..vahd. As a recent scandal taught us, degrees and prestige can be bought legally through big donations or illegally through lesser donations to shady people.

I am married to a guy who comes from some solid money - parents have about 20 million. It is easy to protect family money. I did not sign a prenup but won’t be able to touch a penny of all that. I would be able to get alimony and child support based on my husbands salary.

You don’t live in CA.

I don’t think recent posters have read the whole thread. Song actually found out her husband was in debt from investing in a startup when they went to buy a new house together. He used to sell mercy at her shows. I think he quit his job to raise the kids. He is not really putting his degree to use there but coasting along.

It's embarrassing that so many Asians feel they need to grovel to talking graphically about sex, their sex life, mine their family issues, etc... just to be noticed in media.
She's like the loud-mouthy fat girl in high school.
-signed Asian

Keep clutching your jade while fat shaming, sweetie, no one cares.
-signed, another Asian

I don't think there are many people who care about her. She's basically aired all her dirty laundry hoping to garner attention and very few people are bothering to give her another second. And then at some point her kids will be old enough to review how she's exploited her personal life to try to gain fame.

Well…he left her. And Ali is way better looking than her husband.

Her face is ok, but she has a stumpy body. First time I saw her I thought she was on her knees but then I realized that is the full length of her legs.
A physique like that doesn't go far in media. That's why she resorts to ghetto talk for attention.

Who really knows what goes on in a marriage? I don't know people want to blame and vilify. Relationships are complicated

I think we can all agree it would be poor form not to tell a spouse about the debt you owe until you go to buy a house together. Especially if you made her sign a pre-nup so that she couldn't get her hands on the millions of dollars you were supposedly worth oh heh heh.

But you don't know this happened to them

She deleted all her social media posts with her kids and husband. Interesting since her entire career is about them.
