Are more people opting into the APS testing?

And now CDC says developing covid increases the risk of non-diabetic children developing diabetes post-infection. https://www.nbcnewyork.com/news/coronavirus/covid-19-substantially-increases-diabetes-risk-in-kids-cdc-says/3485073/" target="_new" rel="nofollow"> https://www.nbcnewyork.com/news/coronavirus/covid-19-substantially-increases-diabetes-risk-in-kids-cdc-says/3485073/

I’m sorry that you don’t like what an actual medical professional dealing day to day with this thing for two years has to say. I also hope you don’t get a heart attack, stroke, broken bone, need any kind of surgical procedure, or have any other cause to need in-person medical care. The staff is maxed out, testing positive, and it affects all people needing medical care. Everyone is all brave about covid until they get exposed, get the sniffles, and can’t find a test or think that there is some magical huge supply of monoclonal antibodies that works on omicron, “just so I don’t get really sick”. All the hospitals in the area are telling people to stay home and take Tylenol. They are getting strapped treating anyone for anything.

Yes, because fear porn lunatics are overwhelming the hospitals when they test positive asymptomatically or with minor symptoms. The Virginia hospital association issued a warning because of all the lunatics doing this.

Pre-vaccine COVID had a 99.5% survival rate. The average age of death is life expectancy. This week, Rochelle Walensky said the 75% of the people who died had 4 comorbidities!!! More kids died on annual basis than with H1N1.

The hospitals are absolutely fine here right now. Plenty of beds, plenty of ICU space.

Oakridge reported 19 in the past last 24 hours. Community spread is extremely high, so obviously testing is important. Don’t spite yourselves, test your kids and send them in a high-quality mask. If you want schools to stay open, that is.

Why are we asymptomatically testing? Almost every kid at Wakefield is vaccinated, meaning most likely those are all asymptomatic positives. DO NOT TEST!!!

No restaurants are asymptomatically testing. No gyms are asymptomatically testing. No where else is.

This is just a way to shut schools down. That is it. The closed school advocates will stop at nothing to shut schools down.

Our family is definitely not wearing masks. It's time for us to get COVID and get this pandemic over with. We hope to get it soon.

This is pure fear porn. The fact that the CDC would put out skewed study is hilarious.

Here's an explanation of all of the cofounders in that "study"
https://vinayprasadmdmph.substack.com/p/does-covid19-cause-diabetes-in-kids?token=eyJ1c2VyX2lkIjoxODYzNDMyOSwicG9zdF9pZCI6NDY4MjMwNjIsIl8iOiJ4Smx1WSIsImlhdCI6MTY0MTczMzkzNCwiZXhwIjoxNjQxNzM3NTM0LCJpc3MiOiJwdWItMjMxNzkyIiwic3ViIjoicG9zdC1yZWFjdGlvbiJ9.LOkD6Tm6-74794zdIQwuP2mDTYun3h_LABwW60MhtIo

That study is just propaganda to get 5 to 11 year olds vaccinated since less than 20% of ones are in the US. Parents know healthy kids in that age range are statistically at 0 risk (less than riding in a car with seat belts and airbags).

The odds are certainly in your favor

Maybe you can help brew the next variant, too, and catch that.

COVID is never going away. There will be plenty of new variants to come, just as there's a new strain of the flu virus every year.

The fact that you think you can personally stop the spread of a virus or the formation of variants by doing anything other than never leaving your house again is delusional.

NP inviting covid Ala chicken pox party and thinking that’s a storybook ending involves significant magical thinking.

Guess what? It’s possible to be covid cautious and still live your life. Out of the house even.

I have no problem if you want personally want to live your life like that. I know many people who are very religious and that COVID paranoid lifestyle is really a religion at this point. Just don't try to affect public policy.

These are not kids who were asymptomatically tested! These are kids with symptoms and their parents got a test when they were home last week. Do you not remember there was no school last week??

Who are you? Why do you think it’s OK to speak to people that way?
