LOL. And it’s not like Youngkin can change where kids eat their lunch. Dumb MFers. |
Really wish a TikTok or YouTube of this could have been made before the election! ![]() |
Elementary school kids prefer eating outside.
Kids should be outside as much as possible - not just because of Covid. And parents have always sent in sick kids and they always will. |
And that is fine. Your children will all get COVID at least one time in their lifetime. It's never going away. These procedures are insanity on end. What is their purpose? They have no logical purpose when there are vaccines available and COVID will be here forever. |
There will be new variants for the rest of our life! Have you not discovered that yet? It's really insanity. You all have no end game. Your only end game is to do this forever. Just be honest about your position so we can have a real debate. |
Yep that looks a little different than my kid's ES cafeteria. |
Hey OP, why don't you go over to the other thread and rant about the calendar. Maybe you'll get more traction there. My kid likes outdoor lunch and so do I. He had asthma so he's high risk (and yes of course he's vaccinated but he's one of those with a preexisting health condition who you don't care about) and we have a four year old who isn't vaccinated. Think of others please.
And no I don't believe you when you say you just want a choice. That's what you and your APE friends said last year about wanting the choice of in person, but now you're trying to take away safety measures for in person and defund virtual for those poor kids who really need it. |
And chances are everyone in that room has been vaccinated and boosted. |
OP, you just shared data showing the Covid is a top 10 killer of kids but somehow you think that makes it low risk because it's not at the very top of the killer list? That makes no sense.
Kids are not supposed to die, OP. |
OP is putting out fake info.
Of course asthma is high risk. I have a friend with a kid with asthma and she's being very careful. I just looked it up to be sure. From the CDC: Similar to adults, children with obesity, diabetes, asthma or chronic lung disease, sickle cell disease, or immunosuppression can also be at increased risk for severe illness from COVID-19. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/need-extra-precautions/people-with-medical-conditions.html There must be a ton of kids with asthma in APS. OP, be thankful your kid isn't high risk and go buy them a good winter coat. Then start a clothing drive if your concern is kids who can't afford coats, although we all know it's not and you won't. |
