ICE Shooting in Minneapolis

Three agents surround the vehicle, one from the front, two from the driver's side. Likely looking to gain control of the situation. It is not cute to them, as they're being surrounded by a mob.

Woman panics, realizing this is in fact not cute, and attempts to flee thinking she can avoid arrest. Tire loses traction and the car doesn't immediately respond to gas input. Woman panics further and guns the gas causing an erratic vehicle take off.

Agent at the front of the vehicle almost gets hit. Agents respond by opening fire thinking the woman is using the vehicle as a deadly weapon, trying to hit the lead ICE agent at the front of the vehicle.

Woman who shouldn't have even been there, but was there because she got spun out of control on TikTok drama dies.

Agents have to live with it. Will likely have people demanding a mob-style execution by COB today.

What the Right Wants: Psychotic leftist domestic terrorist tries to kill ICE agents! We should use more force.

What the Left Wants: Fascist NAZI psychopaths are murdering women and children! We should use more force.

Who actually wins: Minnesota politicians and bureaucrats who can spin this into a riot and continue to avoid accountability for fraud. Federal politicians who can use the flames to continue to avoid accountability for a billionaire child sex trafficking ring.

Too bad you wasted your single brain cell to post this screed. Those 3 assassins were NOT on duty. I repeat, 3 murderous thugs were NOT on an active mission.

Crusty Noem: ”They were on their way back to HQ and stopped for a snack.”

Let’s list the snacks they stopped for before murdering an innocent woman while off duty:
Beef Jerkey and slurpies- they’ll get plenty of jerkey and slurpie in prison.

Republicans have to reign in these ICE agents. They are out of control. The shooter should be charged with murder.

Protesters need to be more careful. You can’t block traffic, ignore orders to get out of the car, cause chaos and confusion by trying to speed off in your car without consequences. Those consequences shouldn’t be death but she should’ve gotten out of her car and accepted the citation or arrest if it was warranted. She made a bad situation worse. Then the shooter made it 10000x worse.

Before they approached her car, they were yelling at her to move it and she wouldn’t move. That’s why they approached it to pull her out. It’s terrible she was shot. Plenty of bad decisions made all around.

She was not shot. She was executed to send a message. This is how terrorism works.

It was a smart message to send, proof of concept for the midterms.

Democrats “overperforming” in specials and off-year elections doesn’t matter. The Republicans are keeping their powder dry. The federal investigations of Democrats fundraising hasn’t stated yet. The harassment of Democrat campaign workers hasn’t begun. The intimidation of Democrat voters is wildly premature for an election nine months away.

The shooting yesterday will intimidate protesters to back off and let ICE pick up whoever they wish. Do you really want to get shot to stop your neighbor’s gardener from being picked up?

Same holds for voting Democrat. Do you really want to show up in a heavily Democrat precinct when you’ll stand in line for hours? Face bomb threats from Moscow? Stand and walk in front of trigger-happy armed-to-the-teeth Republicans? Republicans working for ICE, Border Patrol, the National Guard, and other enforcement agencies. Men who volunteered to patrol your blue area during Early Voting and on Election Day?

Meanwhile Elon pulls out the stops yet again, in every way we know he can.

Yeah, so tell me all about that building Blue Wave. Fact is, you can’t build a blue wave if your blue wavers are too scared to walk out their front door.

That's not how it's going to play out. Every one of these incidents is further driving voters toward the Democrats, particularly with Independents.

+1

Even with many voters who like Trump's overall stance on immigration (or at least, what it was over 14 months ago) will not feel that he is doing a good job of implementing it.

They will never call him out on it
Yes they will and they already are. Some Trump voters are conservatives who felt they had no other option, and gave Trump a chance since his first admin was fairly sane. But this time around his cabinet secretaries are just horribly incompetent and now this shooting. Most of them have already realized that, even if they don't speak out.

Then they are fools who can't be relied on

Was it any secret what would happen in Trump's second term?

None, Trump was truth telling all over the place

They just kept telling themselves he was "joking." Now they don't like it. Too bad
It wasn’t obvious that this admin would blow up all the conventions that kept our nation and economy thriving. Trump's actions this year have been the opposite of conservative.

But we're only at the beginning of this slide into lawlessness. I hope more people now see this admin for what it is - RECKLESS!

It was VERY obvious Trump was for sale

Do you not like who bought him?

Frankly I'm starting to prefer the people who honestly speak up in favor of it, to the weasels who try to escape blame by pretending they are surprised while secretly smiling.

I’m on my phone so can’t do that right now. Will try when I get home.

I’ve tried to post it by copying the link but keep getting a “connection to the server was lost” message.

Here is one but it only has the part where she was intentionally blocking traffic

She was not some innocent bystander. She was aggressively interfering ICE

News reports are that the victim & her wife were actively harassing & filming ICE officers immediately prior to the tragic incident.

Filming is harassing??
Anyway, how do you account for her perfectly civil hand gesture giving the right of way to the first car? How is that “aggressive harassment”?

According to the woman interviewed that lives there and witnessed- her car parked in the middle of the road was causing traffic to bottle neck and back up- lots of honking and whistles (which prompted the witness to come out of her house). They were yelling at her to move her car and she wouldn’t. That was before they pulled up to her and got out.

The FBI is withholding the evidence and isn’t allowing Minnesota to do an investigation

The investigation would now be led solely by the FBI

That's really bad. There should be full transparency. Absolutely no thinks Kash is non-biased or even competent.

Honest question: didn't they get what they wanted when she started to move her car? They approached her yelling, cursing, and grabbing her door handle. Couldn't the officers have accomplished whatever their original objectives were if they just let her drive away?

The ICE officer shooter is unlikely to be charged with any criminal offense. Clear case of self defense under the most recent US Supreme Court opinion which takes into consideration the totality of the circumstances when a law enforcement officer uses lethal force.

The ICE officer made a split second decision after being hit by the deceased moving vehicle.

There was no "jumping in front of the car".

The ICE agents were preparing to arrest the decedent. The ICE officer shooter had walked in front of the car, which was going in reverse, preparing to arrest her. The victim suddenly placed the car in drive, hit the accelerator in a reckless fashion, then hit the ICE agent with her vehicle (Honda Pilot).

One point of view is that the reckless driver attempting to escape law enforcement officers presented a danger to the community especially so after hitting an ICE agent with her SUV.

Unfortunately, people will interpret the video as they wish to support their political leanings.

Lawyers - do ICE agents have jurisdiction to arrest a someone for blocking a street lane? I am asking out of genuine curiousity.

That bystander was the victim's wife.

No, to the best of my knowledge, that video has not been released. It should be, but it may be unfavorable to the decedent.

And now Killer Kash Patel is hiding the murder evidence from state law enforcement.

https://apnews.com/live/minneapolis-ice-shooting-updates-1-8-2026

The video and eyewitness testimony should be enough to convict.

And now, as my MAGA friend have so patiently explained, Minnesota State Troopersare authorized to shoot any FBI agent they want for "impeding state law enforcement operations"

I doubt you will see any further statements from the victim's family. Or their own videos. This is going to be a court case.

Anyone?

And sidestep it as easily as the officer? Then lunge forward to position for a shot? I'm sure most people would be completely indifferent to your ask. A ton of people will dodge more serious situations at the grocery store parking lot today.

Did you forget the part where Trump's senior staff PUBLISHED A BOOK with a title PROJECT 2025???
Trump said at the time that he had nothing to do with that. We know now that he lied to us.

Anyway, armed gunmen in masks walking around like they own the place wasn't what conservative voters wanted.

It was and is exactly what they wanted. Read the posts here justifying the murder. They want more of the same.
No, they wanted more enforcement on the border to stop illegal crossings, not masked gunman threatening our neighbors.

The trolls on here may represent themselves as conservative Americans, but we know they really radicals who want to tear down this country.

Yes. Obstruction of justice; obstruction of a law enforcement officer in the performance of his/her duties.
