Who do you think is going to win and why?

Trump I think. I see that all positive news about his campaign is suppressed by MSM and liberal leaning websites. Therefore I think things must be much closer than is being reported.

If Harris wins, I hope she stays healthy because her VP pick is way out of his league. A good teacher does not necessarily make a good VP.

Harris because so, so many people feel like this

Trump is so exhausting. I am exhausted. We are exhausted as a country. It is time to move the f on from this terrible person.

I prefer orange Cheeto personally. Agree to disagree.

Today, I think Trump is going to win. The move for Harris to hold a rally in TX is interesting, and if TX is in play this whole election got a lot more interesting. I have a feeling the protest abstainers re Gaza are going to impact us here like Bernie Bros in 2016 in key places (MI).

Harris/Walz won because tens of millions Republicans are so disgusted with trump they will vote country over party. I predict a landslide for Harris.

I would be too. That does not mean she isn’t going to win.

I have never seen her seem tired during interviews or rallies. Someone took a long lens photo through a window when I think she has an expectation of privacy. Very creepy. Do you often peep through windows?

Only DCUM wouldn't understand that Stanford/Berkeley PHD parents aren't middle class.

Literally the first answer from google:

Assistant Professor: $128,000–$152,000 for the 2025–2026 academic year
Associate Professor: $165,000–$180,000 for the 2025–2026 academic year
Full Professor: $190,000–$320,000 for the 2025–2026 academic year

LOL. My dad taught at Stanford for three years way back before I was born. He had a wife and two small children. We once looked up the house they rented and it was worth $5 million. He must have been earning that starter salary equivalent to $128k today but that’s not enough in Palo Alto. They felt they could never get ahead or buy a home. They loved it there but he got a government job and moved back to the east coast.

Things seem to be coalescing for Harris. Some of it is due to people recognizing how awful most Republicans are. In the past couple of days we have Speaker Johnson vowing to get rid of the Affordable Care Act. We have Republican at MSG celebrating their hatred for Latinos. We have Republican billionaires like Elon Musk advocating for a 2 trillion dollar budget cut. And we have young moms in Texas dying from miscarriages because Republicans have taken away women's access to health care. Taken together, it's clear Republicans are nuts and cruel. Those that have been on the fence are increasingly breaking for Harris. The CNN polling in Michigan and Wisconsin bears that out. I used to think Trump will win, but I'm increasingly confident it'll be Harris.

She always looks like she’s been crying. I can’t blame her, so not passing judgment, but that’s what I’ve observed.

Didn't she go to Quebec schools k-12 and implied she was bussed around Oakland, Cali.? Her mom didn't move to Oakland until Kamala was a college student at Howard.

Only Kamala could think that having dual -HD parents is "middle class". Her dad was a blue collar Stanford professor! LOL. Seriously, what percent of American households are dual PHD parents? It has to be less than 1 in 50,000...say a 7,000 households or so in the entire country!

Maybe that's why she can't connect with anyone who isn't doling out appointments to government jobs.

PhDs do not make a lot of money. Even at Stanford they mostly do not make a lot of money. It is a middle class job for most. Her parents are also both immigrants and it's harder to build wealth even with decent middle class jobs when you come from absolutely nothing -- they had to survive on grad student incomes as newlyweds and new parents and it took years for them to get established enough in their careers to provide more stability for their kids.

Hello DCUM bubble person.

It’s true. You’d know if you were educated.

I almost certainly have more advanced degrees than you do.
