I haven't seen anything posted with any coaches for next year but my guess is that new coach will stay with the team.

The girls RL teams are made up of Herndon and Sterling teams since neither club has enough girls. They did it this year… Sterling doesn’t have anything that’s on their own really… boys play with West VA and girls with HYS

Right now the teams are either all Sterling or all Herndon. They made it sound like the girls would be mixed up next year.

She also could have misinterpreted what they said.

Mxing up makes sense if neither club has enough girls to form teams in each year. The way they did it this year was bizare.

This year, Herndon has a 2011 team and Sterling has a 2011 team. Herndon's team played ECNL-R 2011 and the Sterling team played up with the 2010s... so both could have a losing year. They're definitely going to mix them up, make them all play as Herndon teams and charge them the higher Herndon rates. That's always been the plan.
