I was struck by the last sentence of Garland's statement. He didn't need to add that sentence. Lawyers are very precise in their language, and since DOJ only speaks through its filings, that tells me indictments are coming. "WILL BE" ---> that's a promise

Donald Trump totally stole nuclear secrets from the White House, which is why the FBI waited over a year and a half to raid his home for them and less than 100 days before a midterm election as he is emerging as the frontrunner to win the presidency in 2024.

Yesterday: it is outrageous that the FBI used a search warrant to get these documents back.
