Going back to this clip from the confirmation hearing, how can you possibly deny that he's a lying POS?

Neither the Democrats nor the Republicans are representing the country.

Merrick Garland.

If you could read, you'd see that's also part of the partisanship.

The Republicans aren't some upstanding party.
The Democrats aren't some upstanding party.
They are both entirely devoted to making sure "their side" wins, and they don't give a crap about the country as whole.

The Republicans have held onto Bork forever. Now you're going to hold onto Garland. Woo hoo. And you all look like the partisan hacks you are.

Republicans have not held onto Bork forever. That's a lie. There have been multiple justices confirmed in a bipartisan manner since him.

Obviously he won't answer, but do we have proof somewhere showing he had that conversation?

I think a lot of people here are in a war with the patriarchy and will do anything to bring down this made up thing. None of these thing you site have been proven but you condemn all based on these things. So yep I will not support you in made up war.

In other words you support the patriarchy. Got it. You do you.

Women who hate the patriarchy have hate and resentment towards their daddies. They have big daddy issues that were never resolved. Instead of using introspection and honesty to resolve the issue, they run to charlatan therapists who tell them what they want to hear to keep coming back for years paying the therapy fees.

Just like wacko Christine "Cuckoo" Ford

Why do you love the patriarchy? Honest question, what makes you happy that there is a patriarchy. I'm glad you acknowledge there is one.

I personally get along much better with my father than my mother. He and I are more alike and bond over books. He also taught me to fight the patriarchy.

"The Patriarchy" is a leftist/socialist contrived term to motivate wimmin to tear down men in power so they can have that power for themselves. That targets of feminists are always men in political power, and they want to replace them with women. You never hear them say "We need more women coal miners" or "There are not enough women garbage collectors, construction asphalt crews, or ditch diggers." No, the target is always men with political or corporate power --MONEY, and that is what they are grinding on about: "We hate daddy and we want more MONEY" (to go shopping).

Most people who live in the real word and have common sense dismiss it, seeing it for what it is. Rush Limbaugh had a right: "Feminism is a means for ugly women to have political power" hating "the patriarchy" ---hating daddy, is part of the political game to get political power, and motivate women and weak males to vote for them.

You just keep blathering on, please. With supporters like you I'm SURE that will be enough to convince all those angry women out there to support Kavanaugh too. Ha ha.

p.s. - you're right that women would like to share power with men. Obviously you think that's a dangerous and bad thing. Again, please go on supporting your judge. He deserves you.

There is nothing wrong with women having political power, but to lie and bear false witness to tear down men in power, that is what I take issue with.

The only angry women I hear are liberal democrat women who by default believe CB Ford and assume, without evidence, that Judge Kavanaugh is a rapist. You ignore the many women who have made statements in support of Judge (soon to be Supreme Court Judge) Kavanaugh. You also ignore all the many women (like my mother and grandmother) who voted for Trump and will do so again if he runs for re-election.

I'm also interested in this. I haven't followed this track. What are the facts of said conversation?

When I have spoken with usually reasonable Republican friends, they have invoked "Bork" whenever there's been clearly partisan behavior on the Republican side for confirming judicial nominations (such as what happened under Obama).

Just as "Garland" is now the cover for my usually reasonable Democratic friends when it comes to clearly partisan behavior on the Democratic side for confirming judicial nominations (such as Gorsuch).

They interviewed Kavanaugh too, reportedly. Seems all that’s left is Ford.
(But, I think they have been looking into her claims and background all along)

More notes from podcast with NYT reporters with Yale & Georgetown Prep sources -

***********

After BK was on Fox & portrayed himself as "choir boy" Yale people started calling reporters and say "you can't lie your way onto the Supreme Court."

Portraying a version of himself that was disingenous and went to his character, and spoke to his integrity and truthfulness. Thought it was important info to share and was a bright line that he crossed.

Then came hearing. Reporter in touch with Georgetown Prep people - people were saying this isn't accurate and wanted to talk.

Renate stuff - GP sources cried BS, Kavanaugh & friends spoke of her disrespectfully, not at all how he presented it. Just a lie.

Drinking - GP people said we all were very heavy drinkers, falling down, vomiting happened to him & all of us. Never choir boy he said he was "Never, never, never" quote from text message

After hearing, Yale people who were previously reluctant spoke because they thought he lied under oath about his drinking.

This is when Chad Ludington came forward - thought there was too much at stake & he wanted to tell the truth even though he knew he'd lose friendships

What bothers people isn't the excessive drinking, but it's the idea that a sitting judge would be untruthful and belligerent under oath.

Feeling among many of the people that BK blacked out many times and just doesn't remember his behavior. One GP alumni believes Ford but thinks BK was telling truth about Ford's allegation bc he doesn't remember.

Several Yale people are waiting to hear from FBI to tell their previously untold stories. There are more stories & "connecting of dots" that they're taking to FBI. But they'll go to reporter if they don't get satisfaction from FBI.

There are also GP people who want to talk to FBI privately. And there are those who've expected to hear phone ring and they haven't gotten call from FBI.
