You don’t know what they know.

If Washington Spirit were now to have an academy, it would most likely be NVA.

NWSL academy league will never happen

It’s already happening.

I'm sure there are many girls/parents clamoring for that 36k min salary or ~65k average salary.

So if NVA is staying intact - does Valor also move RL tens to MLSN2?

Makes you wonder what that means. Is valor coming along? Or does LSC plan on adding someone to the alliance?

NVA does not include Valor anymore. NVA is only Loundon (for now). Valor remains ECNL RL.

At least we're not in Colombia. Those women got 80 bucks each for the She Believes cup match last night.

I have not seen that. Where did it say Valor was no longer part of NVA?!

Exactly! Heard that last night and posted the salaries mostly as a joke, but women's pro soccer has a long way ahead as a dream destination.

And everybody is vying for that some unknown college full ride education. Not worth the effort unless the kid enjoys what they are doing as a sport without fully relying on it to go to T20.

The kid REALLY has to enjoy it because college soccer is an actual job, it's not just a sport or favorite activity. And you're sacrificing other parts of college for that job.

Colombia isnt that bad. Most women there prioritize staying at home, raising children, and being active in their church/community rather than going to college and having a career as a professional or as an athlete. To each their own.

NVA was and will remain second rate

That is not a good plans and how much does that job pay in the end? Unless you are a pro in top European league. Forget it.
